  • To carry out an upgrade programme of their several office assets in Poland, our Client is looking for an experienced Project Manager. The PM will be responsible for managing all phases of the projects delivery, tenant-coordination and handing over the property to tenants and the property managers. The person will be supervising a number of contractors and other service providers.

    Project Manager - Office Assets Fitout



    Main responsibilities:


    • Prepares a detailed time schedule that is an effective tool for coordination of participants.

    • Procurement - in tenders he/she supervises and comments selection of suppliers. Supervises and controls tender processes.

    • Effectively coordinates suppliers on the construction.

    • Regularly takes part in the site review meetings, knows the status of the construction process against the time schedule and fulfills tasks resulting from these meetings.

    • Ensures preparation of the asset for the final approval in time and in quality agreed.

    • Prepares the finished building for its handing-over to the property manager, as built project documentation for all areas and ensures correction of all snags and failures found during the final approval in adequate time.

    • Systematically manages and coordinates activities of the site managers, construction professional managers, architects, and other project stakeholders.

    • Supervises the implementation project documentation, ensures modifications and changes of the project documentation without delay as well as compliance of the construction process with the project documentation.

    • Ensures updating of the construction budget regularly and submits report on its fulfillment. In addition, is able to reasonably explain changes and modifications in the budget and gaps in its fulfillment.

    Ideal profile:

    • University degree (civil engineering or construction/architecture), including specialized postgraduate studies/courses.

    • Min 5 years experience in construction and project management, including supervision of numerous fit-out or upgrade projects within standing office centers with a general contractor organisation, or consultancy in Poland.

    • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems an advantage.

    • Experience/Knowledge of interior architectural and construction practices.

    • Strong management, interpersonal, creative and organizational skills.

    • High personal quality and integrity and outcome-oriented negotiation style.

    • Proven experience in management of complex projects and of a team of professionals

    • Problem-solving and negotiating skills.

    • Fluent English / native Polish.
